Today, the Mobi2SMS Team looked into an issue we observed.
When you reset your password, you get a randomly generated one sent to your email or phone, depending on selected medium on the Password Reset page (while logged in).
However, since you are logged in to your account, after resetting your password, the password customization prompt comes up. This allows you to customize your password without giving us the opportunity to verify you have at least a working email or SMS enabled phone number.
To save the situation, we decided that the moment you reset your password, you would be logged out immediately afterwards. This would help us confirm your email or SMS enabled phone number is accessible by you.
You would need to use the information you receive after reset to login to use your account. Of course, after login, you would be given an opportunity to customize your password. After customizing your password, you would be logged out so we can confirm the password.
