This morning, we sent out email alerts to those who have the feature turned on to receive alerts on account activity for the previous week. However, these alerts are sent on certain dates in every month:
- The 1st day
- The 8th day
- The 15th day
- The 22nd day
- *The 29th day
Now, here are a few points to note:
- If you got an alert on the 29th day of the month and you get another on the 1st day of the next month, even though, that might just be 2 or 3 days away, we would call it last week.
- Weeks are not represented with the Sunday to Saturday Calendar but rather viewed with respect to the date of the month. For instance, we would be sending the next alert by next week Tuesday.
- *Should there be a month without the 29th day? That’s February! We would refer to the previous week to 1st March as from 22nd to 28th February.
In a bid to answer questions coming from users who are wondering why they got an email alert this morning just after the 29th which was about 3 days ago, we hope this provides suitable answers.
We would like to wish you a Happy New Month with greater days ahead!
