It can come to this. Bad things happen but no matter how little, as long as deed makes an impact, you deserve an apology anytime we go wrong. We would like to apologize for the mistake we made since 2014 undetected.

While carrying out routine maintenance this morning, we figured out that there was an indexing problem with SMS messages. Hence, the possibility of SMS processing today fetching records from SMS logs of the past, even as far as years ago. We found out that this trend began in 2014.

We assured you that we would regularly archive your logs every 90 days but those logs stayed on our servers causing a few of your messages to deliver to some other numbers and leave you wondering why.

We are proud to inform you that we have fixed this problem and archived such content from the logs appropriately. Please accept our apologies. Meanwhile, please don’t hesitate to inform us via [email protected] should you encounter any weird challenges.
